About

Hi there! My name is Cassie and my husband is Scott. While we were dating, my coworker started calling us casscott and it stuck. I was born and raised in California, Scott grew up in Northern Virginia. Somehow we found our way to each other from opposite sides of the country.

Without getting too mushy gushy or anything like that let me just say that I truly believe that this perfect man is my soulmate. From the moment we met, it was a like a piece of me, that I didn't even know was missing, was returned. I fell faster and harder than I ever thought imaginable. Sometimes I would try to slow down and tell myself this might be moving too fast, but as the famous Harry Burns once said "when you realize you want to spend the rest of your life with somebody, you want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible." Oops. I got a little too mushy gushy didn't I?

We were married and sealed in the LDS San Diego Temple. I don't think there is a better thought than knowing we have an infinite amount of time together.

I love to make movies, take pictures, cook, eat mint chocolate chip ice cream and sleep curled up in like five blankets. He loves to play basketball, root for any DC sports team, hang with his boyfriends, make budgets, and throw all the blankets off the bed. Together we love to cuddle, be in the ocean, play settlers (don't care how nerdy it is, we are so into that game), binge watch netflix, try new foods, and be with family. We also have our own youtube channel which you can check out here! Here are a bunch of random pictures so you can feel a little more acquainted with us.

Are we besties yet or what? If that isn't enough you can read a little more about our story here This little corner of the Internet is ours and it is a place where I can share bits and pieces of our lives. I also looooove taking pictures and documenting everything so this gives me a place to do that. Because who actually uploads facebook albums anymore??

PS- Say hi! Let's be friends!!
