5 things I learned after going to the zoo.
1. Not only does Scott LOVE animals, and I mean really love, he is like a walking animal planet. He knows SO MUCH about all the animals.
2. When I would go to the zoo as a kid, I never understood those people who would bring their cameras and take pictures of the animals. Yesterday, I was that person.
3. Taking pictures at the zoo will be much more fun (and probably funner (?) to look at) when we have kids. So they can be in them too.
4. You can see the whole zoo in less than a day but you will need a foot massage when you get home.
5. My brother-in-law, who designed many of the exhibits at the zoo, is crazy talented. And is the reason we got to go in the first place. Free tickets!
Can anyone actually use these?
One of the first things we saw was a condor being fed. It was disgusting because he was tearing apart dead rats, but still pretty cool.

Oh heyyy random child.
If I were an elephant this is where you would find me.
Ok I know that is not a very good picture but THE LION WAS SLEEPING RIGHT UP AGAINST THE GLASS. It was HUGE!
My favorite animal wasn't very exciting that day but I had to post the picture anyways.
If you haven't seen baby red panda playing in the snow- youtube it now!
Ok I will make it easy for you. Click here
Ignoring his wife. Just kidding my feet were killing me so I told him to text his friends back so I could sit longer.
Are you tired of animal pictures yet?
TOO BAD.
The gorilla just posted up on the glass.
And another random child.
I see you Scott.
My husband, the expert photographer everyone.
So green. So beautiful.
And now, a picture of a monkey to end on.
Can't believe we have one day left in beautiful San Diego :(
