Boxes are packed up, fridge is bare, and our summer in Arizona is ending TOMORROW.
Last Thursday we realized we had one week left in the place we have been calling home for the last 10 weeks. How has the time gone by so fast?
So here are a bunch of pictures of things we have done in the last 7 days.
We went to one of our new favorite temples.
Seriously one of the most beautiful temples I have been to.
I feel so lucky to have been able to visit it so often this summer.
We went with our friends Caitlin and Jonny
oops a little blurry
And obvi had to hit up joe's one last time.
Scott got off work the next day at 11 so we celebrated by going to a water park with the coolest wave pool I have ever seen. The waves actually broke.
And everyone had rafts and rode the waves in (and rode them all over people)
Our friend Blake came over that night and we got Rubios and saw Guardians of the Galaxy. Which we highly recommend to anyone.
Then the next morning we woke up, made cake pops at 10am and then worked out.
I don't think I would advise anyone to do those things in that order.
I felt pretty sick so I mostly just laid on the floor complaining and asking when we could go to the pool.
hehe whoops.
We fiiiiinaly went to the pool
Where I creepily took pictures of my husband because... who doesn't.
We then went to the Diamondbacks with my cousin that night.
Where we had 6th row seats.
And didn't even have to move to get some food.
I mean... what's better than that?
I go these little donut poppers that you dip in chocolate and literally ate the entire basket in MINUTES.
Oh my gosh I still dream about them.
Then on Sunday I got to grill some burgers with Tim Duncan
I feel like i have a million and one pictures of Scott at the grill this summer.
And yes we did make 8 burgers for ourselves.
We spent the rest of our week with one last trip to the chandler mall, which is amazing, soaking up every last minute at the pool, getting ice cream, and somehow finding a way to eat everything in our fridge and freezer. Which has obviously led to a few casseroles.
I don't know what I will do when we are back in Utah and this isn't right outside my door.
The next 28 hours or so will be filled with some last minute packing and cleaning, one last date night, and saying goodbye to our new favorite home.
