MINI PUMPKIN PIES



It's fall!

Which means...

PUMPKIN EVERYTHING!

And these mini pumpkin pies are AMAZING!


Here is what you will need

1 15oz can of pumpkin puree, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 2 large eggs, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, 3/4 cup of evaporated milk, 2/3 cup of flour, 2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix the puree, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, and milk.



Then add in flour, pumpkin pie spice, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. 


Mix together. 

Spray a muffin tin with pam spray and then fill each up with 1/3 cup of the mixture. 



Bake for 20 minutes.



Afterr you take them out, let them sit for 20 minutes, then put them in the fridge for 20 minutes. 



Once they are nice and chilled add whipped cream!
