Ok now for the hike. I was expecting it to be a lot harder than it was. I really owe that to all the walking we had previously done. My body was like conditioned for it!
There are so many different options when it comes to finding beautiful views in Florence. We chose to hike up the 413 step bell tower to get ours. TIP: go in the evening. We went about a half an hour before it closed, and it was almost empty. The next day at noon, the line went around the entire plaza. The view was unreal. In case you can't tell from these pictures.
